Role: Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai

We're seeking a discreet, high-caliber professional to serve as the Managing Director's strategic right hand - someone who thrives at the intersection of investment banking, executive enablement, and policy intelligence.

This is not a conventional EA role. It demands a sharp mind, a global outlook, and the ability to operate with precision across confidential boardroom conversations, high-stakes financial engagements, and dynamic stakeholder ecosystems.

This person will see growth path of evolving into a strategic leader and taking up a key leadership role in the organization.

Ideal Profile:

- MBA (Finance) / CA from a reputed institution

- 10-12 years of total experience, including 3-7 years supporting C-suite leaders in investment banking, PE, or capital markets

- Exceptional judgment, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence

- Mastery of executive communication and stakeholder engagement

- Proficiency in MS Office, digital platforms, and executive productivity tools

Role Highlights

- Strategic Enablement & Executive Support: Act as an extension of the Managing Director in managing high-priority deliverables across geographies, driving execution of key initiatives through rigorous tracking, proactive follow-ups, and informed decision support.

- Confidential Advisory Role: Manage highly sensitive, confidential, and mission-critical information with utmost discretion, ensuring trust and credibility in all executive dealings.

- Sector Intelligence & Policy Advisory: Track developments across private equity, venture capital, capital markets, and relevant industries. Assess evolving Government of India policies in the financial sector and deliver strategic insights-both immediate and forward-looking-to inform MD's decisions.

- Executive Enablement: Manage the MD's calendar, travel, and engagements with finesse-balancing operational efficiency with strategic priorities.

- CXO-Level Communication: Draft high-impact presentations, reports, and correspondence. Represent the MD's voice with precision and discretion.

- Stakeholder Management: Interface with senior leaders, industry bodies, and government representatives. Build trust and credibility across all touchpoints.

- Digital Presence: Curate and manage the MD's professional LinkedIn presence, aligning public messaging with brand ethos and strategic positioning.
