Executive Assistant To Managing Director

Role & responsibilities:

- Translate the MD's ideas and vision into plans, proposals, presentations, strategy, concepts, reports and communication.

- Work closely with the finance team and business heads to prepare annual plans and long-term business strategy documents.

- Coordinate with senior management, first-line staff, and stakeholders regarding meetings, planning, decision-making, strategy development and budget preparation.

- Analyze monthly financial & business performance, interpret information from proposals and business models and prepare executive summaries to enable decision-making.

- Provide Business Analytics and Support for management information systems (MIS) across various functions.

- Track opportunities in various business segments, analyze them, and present the findings to management to enable informed decision-making. Also, conduct market assessment, gain market intelligence, track competitor moves and gauge our standing against the competition.

- Periodically evaluate business unit (BU) performance using a dashboard to ensure alignment with business objectives and highlight gaps for future corrective actions.

- Generate informative reports for the MD's decision-making by coordinating with the concerned process owners.

- Prepare business analysis / Executive Summaries pointers for various events e.g. employee dialogue, CII, ICEMA, Management committee meeting, HOD meeting etc.

- Assist the MD in creating various financial reports and contribute to the overall development of the business and its activities.

- Bridge communication between the first line and the MD.
