Location: Bangalore (On outskirts of Bangalore)  Job Description:  - Reporting directly to the VP & General Manager, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship.   - The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Office.  - Serves as a liaison to the senior leaders direct reports of VP & General Manager.  - Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks.  - Managing the travel arrangements for VP & General Manager and other senior leaders as required.  - Preparation of agenda for senior leaders visit to India, providing support in VISAs and travel as required.  - Organizing and scheduling leadership meetings Town Halls, Operations Review Meetings, Staff Meetings, and other meetings as required.  - Preparation on decks/presentations for Town Halls, Operations Review Meetings, Staff Meetings, preparation of Monthly reports.  - Publishing the Monthly Newsletter and Chronicle  - Creating flyers for organization announcements  - Announcements from Office of the VP and GM  - Plans, coordinates and ensures the VP & General Manager schedule is followed and respected  - Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the VP & General Manager and the senior leadership team  - The Executive Assistant must be creative, results-driven, highly organized and prompt.   - The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.   - Cab facility will be provided.  Interested candidates can reach me at 7838090993.
