HIRING | Executive Assistant to Director - Strategic Business & Operations

Total Experience: 8 - 10 years

Job Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Qualification: MBA - IIM Ahmedabad / IIM Bangalore / IIM Kolkata will be preferred

Experience: 8 - 10 years post qualification

Compensation: 60 - 70 LPA (depending on experience & discussion)

Industry: Real Estate | Industrial Parks | Infrastructure

Reporting: Directly to Director / MD / Promoter

We are looking for a highly driven, commercially oriented and execution-focused Executive Assistant to the Director who can work closely with senior leadership and drive business priorities across operations, strategy and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Director/MD/Promoter on business operations, strategic initiatives and critical projects.

- Monitor day-to-day business activities and track key priorities, deliverables and timelines.

- Prepare and analyse MIS, dashboards, business reviews and management reports.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive timely resolution with relevant teams.

- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Projects, Operations, Finance, Legal, Business Development and Consultants.

- Support real estate transactions, land acquisition, leasing, sales and project-related activities.

- Provide analytical support for project feasibility, financial assessments and business decisions.

- Prepare management briefs, presentations and decision-support documents.

- Act as a key coordination point between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.

- Drive follow-ups and ensure that decisions taken by leadership are converted into action and measurable outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 8 - 10 years of experience post qualification.

- Currently working in Vapi / Surat / Bharuch / South Gujarat, OR genuinely willing to permanently relocate to the region.

- Experience working directly with a Director / MD / Promoter / Business Owner.

- Strong exposure to Business Operations + Strategy + MIS + Project Execution.

- Experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Industrial Parks, Consulting, EPC or Operations will be preferred.

Candidate Stability:

We are specifically looking for candidates with stable career progression and meaningful tenures.

- Preferred average tenure: 3 - 5 years with each organisation.

Location Preference - IMPORTANT:

- Priority will be given to candidates already based in Vapi, Surat, Bharuch or South Gujarat.

- Candidates currently based in Mumbai / Delhi / Bengaluru / Hyderabad should generally avoid applying unless their hometown is in/around South Gujarat and they are genuinely willing to relocate back permanently.
