
- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dynamic Executive Assistant to support the senior leadership team at one of Bangalore's leading hospitals.
- This role requires exceptional communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage and strengthen vendor relationships, including engagement with industry bodies and ecosystem partners, to support external-facing strategy
- Drive execution strategies for key Hyderabad office initiatives such as Campus Programs, D&I efforts, CSR campaigns, and cultural engagementbased on leadership direction
- Act as the point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Track strategic projects and assist in prioritizing key tasks.
- Manage expense reports and ensure timely reimbursements.
- Coordinate with vendors, hospital departments, and external agencies.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations and office management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
- 4-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role.
- Preference for candidates with hospital or healthcare industry experience.
- Excellent command of English - both spoken and written.
- Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams).
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle sensitive data with discretion.
- Professional demeanor and polished communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with CXO-level executives.
- Background in hospital operations, compliance, or healthcare documentation.
Work Environment: Based at the central hospital office in Bangalore
