Executive Assistant to CMD - Finance - Manufacturing/Engineering - IIM/XLRI/CA

Role Overview:

- Assist Management by analysing business data and providing insights for strategic decisions.

- Assist business leaders in driving business goals with insights on key business metrics.

Strategic:

- Analyse key business metrics and drive business goals in line with Management guidelines.

- Develop turnaround strategies for Business, Division, or Function across business segments.

- Work with external consultants to execute business strategies.

Financial:

- Support Management in preparation of presentations, reports, proposals, and budgets.

- Support Management in preparation of documentation for key decision making.

- Analyse problems, opportunities, and solutions for business budgeting and forecasting.

- Build Financial Modelling in alignment with business goals.

Customer Focus & Value Add:

- Ensure timely communication of management instructions.

- Review cost structures, control points, and sales targets of all verticals.

- Conduct business performance reviews of parent and group companies.

- Document and circulate minutes of meetings.

- Prepare financial statements and reports.

- Drive and monitor transformation projects and report to top management.

- Facilitate Management approvals for CAPEX and Growth Projects.

- Provide real time data for Expansions or New Businesses.

- Involve in Project Management, Budgeting, and Planning.

- Assist Top Management in preparation of presentations for external forums.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

- Perform benchmarking analysis on business segments.

- Co-ordinate and drive performance of Cross Functional Teams.

Ideal Candidate:

- B.Tech. + MBA - Finance (IIMs/ XLRI) or CA with 12 - 15 years post-qualification experience in Manufacturing/Engineering domain.

- Experience in EA (finance) or EA - strategic advisory role at AGM/DGM level assisting the CMD/MD.

- Experience in manufacturing/engineering organizations with multiple verticals and turnover of more than 3000 Cr.

- Proven stability and long years of service in reputed organizations.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Fluent in English. Proficiency in Tamil is preferred.

- Willing to work out of Coimbatore location.
