Job Description:
We are hiring a strategic and execution-focused professional to work closely with the Chief Project Officer (CPO) in driving end-to-end project governance, land-to-launch readiness, infrastructure execution, and cross-functional coordination across large-scale real estate developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist CPO in managing multiple real estate projects across cities
- Oversee PMO dashboards, project MIS, and approval tracking
- Coordinate with design, legal, CRM, construction, and liasioning teams
- Drive launch readiness audits: land, legal, infra, and customer handover
- Lead special projects: digitization, SOP rollout, cost benchmarking
- Prepare CPO-level reports, project reviews, and board presentations
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal project leads
- Represent the CPO in internal and external strategy discussions
