About the role:
Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA) to Chairman
Level: Manager / Sr Manager / DGM
Location: Kolkata
Experience: 9-15 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support to the Chairman, managing day-to-day priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee and analyse existing business units, conducting gap and efficiency analysis to identify areas for business improvement.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, number crunching, and business planning to support decision-making on new investments and growth strategies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive business initiatives and ensure seamless operational alignment across departments.
- Support evaluation and expansion into new geographies; contribute to M&A activities and growth-focused projects.
- Prepare comprehensive business reports, presentations, and data-driven dashboards for the Chairman.
- Assist in strategy execution, business performance evaluations, and the implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Maintain the utmost confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
