This is a high-impact, analytically intense role with exposure to strategic decision-making across multiple businesses. Ideal Candidate: - CA (Rank Holder - Top 50) or Engineer + MBA (Tier 1) preferred - Alternatively, CA (1st Attempt) or Engineer + MBA (Tier 2/3) - Strong command of financial modeling, corporate finance, and strategy analysis - Worked with reputed brands in manufacturing, chemicals, automotive, steel, mining, or consulting - Stable, tenured career (minimum 3-year stints) with no major gaps - Currently working in or previously associated with listed or well-known companies Key Responsibilities: - Review performance, strategy, and capex presentations from multiple business units - Draft observations and strategic insights for BRC & Group Chairman - Lead budgeting and planning reviews with financial analysis and stretch recommendations - Analyze CREC proposals, including risk assessment and modeling - Deep-dive benchmarking on cost, quality, realization, RoCE across businesses
