Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Support CEO-led strategic initiatives and track key priorities and action items.
- Prepare executive dashboards, presentations, and decision-support materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of strategic and business reviews.
- Support Board, committee, and leadership meetings including preparation and follow-ups.
- Track KPIs, strategic milestones, and organizational priorities.
- Liaise with external stakeholders including investors and regulators, as required.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and professionalism in all related matters.
Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of business strategy, finance, and operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and independence.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Executive presence and stakeholder management capability.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
