Executive Assistant - Strategy - CA - The Executive Assistant (Strategy) will work closely with the Chairman's Office, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth strategy. - The incumbent will be responsible for developing business blueprints, evaluating new opportunities, and driving strategic initiatives across renewable energy, green hydrogen, and allied sectors. - This role requires a highly analytical and strategic mindset, with expertise in corporate strategy, market analysis, and business expansion planning. Growth Strategy & Business Expansion: - Develop short-term and long-term business blueprints aligned with the company's vision. - Identify and evaluate growth opportunities in renewable energy, green hydrogen, and emerging clean-tech sectors. - Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry trend analysis to support decision-making. - Formulate strategies to expand market presence, optimize business operations, and enhance profitability.
