Executive Assistant - Strategic HR To Chief People Officer - Mining/Metal/Oil & Gas/Heavy Industry Sector

Position Summary:

- As the right hand to the CPO in a fast-paced mining environment, you will act as a strategic partner, bridging the gap between HR operations, executive strategy, and senior stakeholder Mgt.

- Previous experience in the Mining, Metal, Oil & Gas, or heavy industry sector is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor progress on HR initiatives (e.g., organizational redesign, talent management projects, compensation restructuring) and follow up with senior managers to ensure deadlines are met.

- Prepare agenda items, compile meeting materials, attend, and take minutes for executive-level HR meetings and project steering committees.

- Consolidate and prepare HR dashboard reports, KPI trackers, and presentations for board meetings or executive reviews.

- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee relations cases, salary reviews, restructuring, and sensitive HR data.

- Assist the CPO in finalizing HR policies, labor relations documents, and compliance documentation for the Central African operational context.
