Roles & Responsibilities - - Planning & Preparation for Senior Management Communication Model (Board Meetings, SWR, ED APLC, Product Executive Councils & Other Reviews happening ) - TCP Risk Management by Supporting for escalation and timely reviews of Critical Programs. Leverages Business analytics skills and provides insights to President on key deliverables - Preparation & delivery for short term task assigned by President (R&R, Media interviews, MIS preparation, GPD Goal sheet preparation, Jury Drive event, Offsite Workshop ) - Acts as the liaison between President and other executives and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and ensuring involvement or decision-making at the proper time. - Researches and recommends to President new and revised strategies for Product development. - Participates with the President and senior management team in Strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making.
