Executive Assistant/Manager - Strategy - Manufacturing

Job Description:

- The role is an Executive Assistant / Manager Strategy (Manufacturing), reporting directly to the Joint Managing Director.

- It's a high-visibility position where you'll work closely with the leadership team to drive manufacturing governance, track strategic and capex initiatives across 16 multiple plants, oversee performance and cost optimization programs, and ensure execution of key business priorities.

- The role also involves driving cross-functional initiatives across manufacturing, engineering, projects, procurement, and plant operations, while preparing board-level dashboards and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

- It's an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Project Management, Manufacturing Excellence, Operations Excellence, Manufacturing Strategy, or PMO, who is looking to partner directly with senior leadership and influence operational excellence across a large, multi-plant manufacturing organization.
