
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to provide high-level strategic and operational support to our leadership team within the dynamic jewellery manufacturing and trading sector. In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between executive vision and daily execution, overseeing complex financial workflows, revenue tracking, and cost management initiatives. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, department heads, and external partners to ensure that business operations remain lean, profitable, and aligned with long-term growth objectives. Your contribution will directly influence the organization's financial health by providing the analytical rigor and administrative oversight necessary to drive informed decision-making across our manufacturing and trading divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end financial reporting and budgeting cycles to provide leadership with real-time visibility into revenue streams and operational costs.
- Oversee the integration of financial data within SAP and ERP systems to ensure data integrity and streamline reporting accuracy for the executive office.
- Conduct deep-dive business analysis on manufacturing overheads and trading margins to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects by aligning team outputs with executive priorities, ensuring that all stakeholders remain accountable to business timelines.
- Prepare high-impact presentations and financial dashboards for board meetings, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior management.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and data management using Advanced Excel to support complex business forecasting and reporting.
- Proven proficiency in navigating SAP and ERP environments to manage enterprise-level financial data and operational workflows.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial trends in the jewellery manufacturing and trading industry to support strategic planning.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to act as a credible representative for the leadership team when engaging with internal departments and external partners.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Mumbai, maintaining high levels of discretion, professional maturity, and adaptability in a fast-paced corporate setting.
- A professional background supported by a relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, reflecting a strong foundation in corporate financial principles.
