Executive Assistant - Finance - CA

Role Overview:

The role will work as a strategic project management partner to the CFO, driving key finance and cross-functional initiatives, strengthening businessfinance coordination, and supporting group-level performance tracking and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive and track key finance and cross-functional projects across the group.

- Develop project plans, timelines and milestones and monitor execution.

- Prepare and consolidate group-level monthly MIS, financial dashboards and management reports.

- Analyse revenue, cost structures, margins and working capital.

- Coordinate between Finance, Manufacturing, HR, Compliance and Leadership teams.

- Track key business metrics and ensure alignment across divisions.

- Support leadership meetings and follow up on action items.

- Identify process inefficiencies and drive SOP implementation, automation and process standardisation.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants and auditors for compliance-related activities.

- Work on special projects related to cost optimisation, profitability improvement and financial restructuring.

Required Skillset:

- CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

- 8- 12 years of experience in Finance, FP&A or Consulting.

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, financial analysis and MIS.

- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and financial MIS systems.

- Experience with SAP and ERP systems.

- Experience in Manufacturing, Trading, Diamond or Jewellery industry will be preferred.

- High level of confidentiality, professionalism and executive communication.
