Responsibilities  We are looking for a young and exceptional personality, who would be the first Point of Contact for the Cofounders of the company. You will have an opportunity to work and learn how a business is done at both macro/micro levels.  Some of the Key responsibilities you will have :  Administrative tasks for the CEO: Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments, compose and prepare correspondence that is sometimes confidential   Answer and direct phone calls  Organize events, VC's and schedule appointments  Plan meetings and take detailed minutes  Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms  Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports  Develop and maintain a filing system  Update and maintain office policies and procedures  Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers  Maintain contact lists  Book travel arrangements  Submit and reconcile expense reports  Provide general support to visitors  Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients  Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers  Attitude and Traits you would have :  Consulting skills with Identifying problems and seeking solutions   People/partner relationship skills and engagement  Project Delivery : Individual contributor to assess the timelines of the projects and responsible for coordinating with Project Owners with minimal supervision  Great sense of time management, planning & organizing, judgement and analysis with High-on-Integrity  Analytical & Positive attitude - Flexible  Knowledge of office management systems and procedures  Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines  Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)  Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work  Attention to detail and problem solving skills  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task  Proven Experience as an Administrative/Executive assistant or Secretary will be a plus  MBA/Post graduate from a Top Management Institution (India or Abroad)  Exposure and past experience with working with CXOs across verticals  About Treebo - India's top rated hotel chain ( 250+ Hotels, 50+ Cities, 6000+Rooms)   Founded in 2015, Treebo Hotel's is India's 3rd largest hotel chain and operates in the budget segment of the hospitality industry.
