
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO will provide high-level administrative, analytical, and strategic support to the CEO's office.
The role involves coordinating key initiatives, managing data and reports, preparing presentations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical, Excel, and presentation skills with working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Planning & Analysis:
- Draft, refine, and evaluate business plans and business models across multiple ventures.
- Perform financial modelling, competitor benchmarking, and market sizing.
- Prepare board-level decks, investor notes, and business case justifications.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and scalability levers in new initiatives.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Research target markets, customer segments, and distribution channels.
- Build GTM strategies including positioning, pricing, and channel mix.
- Evaluate partnerships, alliances, and strategic opportunities for growth.
- Track KPIs post-launch and refine execution plans.
Executive Partnership:
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO - anticipating needs, analysing scenarios, and providing actionable insights.
- Translate high-level ideas into structured execution roadmaps.
- Support decision-making by consolidating complex information into crisp briefs.
Stakeholder & Project Management:
- Coordinate with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment on priorities.
- Manage key investor, partner, and government liaison communications.
- Drive strategic projects end-to-end with accountability for outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA / CA / CFA or equivalent background in business, strategy, or finance
