Executive Assistant

- Execution & Follow-through: Track, manage, and ensure closure of open points discussed with or committed to the stakeholder.

- Stakeholder Support: Work closely with the stakeholder on key initiatives, priorities, and business discussions, ensuring timely execution of action items.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure commitments are met within timelines.

- Project Management: Drive execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by the stakeholder.

- Reporting & Updates: Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and progress reports on open points and key deliverables.

- Coordinate communication between students and facilitators.

- Manage backend operations, maintain records, and update reports.

- Support the leadership team with strategic and operational tasks.

- Ensure timely follow-up on pending queries and feedback.

- Assist in prioritizing Founders agenda, ensuring focus on critical business priorities.

- Be available during live sessions to note down queries and prepare follow-up reports.

- Maintain accurate backend records, tally data, and update reports regularly.

- Act as a point of contact between the Founder, students, and internal teams.

- Ensure timely reminders, follow-ups, and closure of student queries.

- Handle confidential information with discretion.

Education:

- 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar execution-focused role.

- Strong project management, follow-up, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high ownership.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
