Executive Assistant
Role Overview:
We are hiring a high-caliber Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder. This role is perfect for someone from a consulting background looking to transition into a high-growth startup environment. You'll be a force multiplier helping the founder manage priorities, drive execution, and lead strategic initiatives across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the founder to drive strategic priorities and day-to-day operations.
- Take status updates and align deliverables across product, tech, ops, and marketing teams.
- Run cross-functional reviews, track OKRs, and follow up on key projects.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and create presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Act as a problem-solverown and execute operational challenges independently.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a consulting firm or a high-growth startup in a founders office or strategy role.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude; thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Highly organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
