Company Name - Client Of Intellectual capital   Vacancy Position - Debt Syndication - Execution Role  Location - Mumbai - nariman point  Number of Positions - 2-3 positions   Role Description Product Knowledge   - Thorough knowledge of entire range of commercial/corporate banking products   - Handle asset products like working capital facilities, project finance, term loans, structured finance, etc.   Technical Aspects   - Thorough analysis of financial statements for risk assessment from lending perspective   - Evaluation of business model and other aspects for credit facilities   - Preparation of CMA data/projections and project reports   - Submission of detailed proposals to banks/financial institutes as per prescribed formats   - To handle the entire gamut of pre and post sanction activities including project evaluation/appraisal, preparation of term sheets/legal documents and negotiation thereof with the clients, assistance in security creation until the loan disbursement stage   - To keep self and the team informed on the relevant regulatory, legal and compliance guidelines   Client Handling   - Interact with clients to coordinate for requirement assimilation and data collection for completion of various reports to be submitted to financial institutions/banks   - Handle financial and other queries from banks/financial institutions to facilitate sanction of credit facilities   - Follow up with bank officials to ensure compliance and completion of various processes till sanction and disbursement of proposed facilities   Candidate Profile - Work Experience   - Candidate should have worked for 2-5 years on debt syndication desk in Financial Advisory Firms/Financial Institutions   - Should have handled debt syndication of atleast Rs. 100-300 Crores   - Should have handled atleast 8 – 10 client relationships   - Should have worked closely with atleast 5 – 6 banks/financial institutions   Qualification & Soft Skills   - Post graduate or MBA from reputed institutions   - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written   - Comfortable with people engagement and strong persuasive skills   - Analytical bent of mind with good time management, planning and coordination skills   Remuneration - As per market standards   Candidate should be excellent with Project finance, financial modeling, valuation, acquisition of properties, restructuring, competent to advice on any financial and strategic decision.   In case if your profile is not matching to the above mentions criteria’s, please forward this mail to your friend or colleagues who can explore this opportunity.  We will screen your profile in detail and revert you all possible job position matching to your cv.   Either me or my team member will call you to discuss the JD suitable and share with you a detailed presentation about the company.
