Ensure decisions are made based on policies, rules and organizational directives and solving the emerging problems Professional Experience/Qualification: - 3-5 years of experience in a Program Manager role - Pref an Engg Graduate and or MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing - Program Management certification will be an added advantage - With excellent interpersonal skills coupled with stakeholder management - High degree of creativity for developing & implementing diverse programs and practices - Strong hold on Data Analytics & good exposure to diverse CRM tools - Thrives in a fast-paced environment; able to work in ambiguity and be flexible as priorities change - Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm - Takes an empathic approach, but not afraid of conflict - Analytical, conceptual, problem solving & decision making Skills - Strategic thinking and business perspective - Systems Orientation - Initiative and Drive, high energy - Excellent Communication Skills
