- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to conceptualize, scope, and propose innovative, data-driven, and scalable solutions.

- Translate complex client requirements into clear solution blueprints, RFP responses, or technical proposals.

- Assess feasibility, risks, dependencies, and ROI for proposed client solutions.

- Ensure solutions align with both client goals and the company's delivery capabilities.

- Project Oversight & Delivery Coordination

- Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Define and track project milestones, success metrics, and deliverables in collaboration with Delivery Managers and Technical Leads.

- Manage escalations, risks, and dependencies with transparency and urgency.

- Ensure a seamless handover from Sales to Delivery, maintaining continuity throughout the client lifecycle.

- Strategic Account Growth - Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and solution expansion within existing accounts.

- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop account growth strategies and renewal plans.

- Analyze account health data, usage patterns, and feedback to drive value-based recommendations.

- Position the organization as a trusted innovation partner that drives tangible client success.

- Data, Insights & Reporting - Monitor and analyze solution performance metrics, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction data.

- Create actionable insights and executive summaries to showcase value realization and identify improvement areas.

- Partner with internal Analytics and BI teams to deliver data-backed recommendations for clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Finance to ensure the delivery of client commitments.

- Provide structured feedback to the Product team regarding feature requests, usability improvements, and emerging client needs.

- Support the Sales enablement process by contributing to pitch decks, case studies, and customer success stories.

Qualifications:

Experience in Client Management, Solution Consulting, or Program Delivery, preferably in SaaS, IT Services, or Enterprise Solutions.

Proven success managing enterprise accounts or large-scale client implementations.

Strong understanding of technology-driven business transformation, solution architecture, or consulting frameworks
