At Investwell, we power 4,500+ wealth advisors managing 6 Lakh Crore+ in Mutual Funds through our leading SaaS platform. As we scale, were looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive strategic growth and help us deepen our market presence across the wealth management ecosystem

Role Description:

- Responsible for leading and executing high-impact sales strategies to expand our client base among wealth management firms, financial advisors, and large distributors.

- Work closely with the leadership team to identify key market opportunities, shape our go-to-market approach, and build long-term relationships that contribute to sustainable revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape, especially in the financial services domain, and a proven ability to lead enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closure.

- Manage and mentor a growing sales team, drive performance through data-backed decision-making, and ensure customer success by closely partnering with product and support teams.

- Ideal candidates have 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a Mutual fund distribution company, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Qualifications:

- Sales strategy development and implementation

- Client relationship management

- Team leadership and collaboration

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Knowledge of financial products and services

- Experience in the financial industry

- Bachelor's and Master's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field

- Professional certification in Sales or related field is a plus
