Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office - 5 days).

Experience: 8-12 years.

Industry Preference: Private Banking, Wealth Management or Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities.

- Drive end-to-end hiring and market mapping for international roles.

- Manage multi-market recruitment projects with clear timelines.

- Build strong relationships with business heads & global stakeholders.

- Provide recruitment reports, dashboards and market insights.

- Manage partnerships with search firms and recruitment vendors.

What We are Looking For.

- 8-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

- Experience hiring for Private Banking/Wealth/Asset Management roles.

- Strong project management, analytics and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience handling global or multi-region recruitment.
