Were seeking a results-driven User Acquisition & Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market, growth, and user acquisition strategy for a new product launcha new platform that connects consultants and clients seamlessly in an open, flexible ecosystem.
This is a high-impact role suited for someone with a solid grasp of SaaS and B2C marketing, who thrives on working cross-functionally and executing campaigns with creativity, speed, and data-driven precision.
Must-Haves:
- Strong understanding of SaaS product marketing, user acquisition, and early-stage GTM strategies.
- Proven track record of launching products and driving scalable user growth.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with growth tools for campaign automation, analytics, and engagement.
- Ability to balance strategy and execution, with hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Positioning & Messaging:
- Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging frameworks.
- Define and refine target personas, key use cases, and value propositions.
- Craft end-to-end go-to-market strategies aligned with product goals.
User Acquisition & Growth:
- Lead multi-channel campaigns to acquire and retain users.
- Run targeted outreach through email, LinkedIn, social, and referral programs.
- Build and execute referral and incentive programs to fuel organic growth.
- Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and partners to expand reach.
- Identify and deploy growth tools to optimize performance.
Content & Campaign Execution:
- Own product-aligned content strategy across web, social, and email.
- Produce and manage marketing assets including videos, product explainers, and walkthroughs.
- Support the creation of landing pages, email sequences, and onboarding content.
Product Launches & Feature Rollouts:
- Lead product and feature launches in collaboration with product, design, and engineering.
- Develop launch plans, internal enablement material, and promotional content.
- Ensure coordinated execution and alignment across teams.
Sales & Customer Enablement:
- Partner with sales, support, and success teams to create collateral.
- Provide marketing assets such as FAQs, decks, one-pagers, and scripts.
- Align marketing communication with user journey touchpoints.
Customer Insights & Market Research:
- Gather market intelligence and user feedback to shape campaigns and messaging.
- Track trends, competitive positioning, and behavioral patterns across regions.
- Provide insights that influence product development and marketing strategy.
Web, App & Campaign Support:
- Coordinate with web and growth teams to optimize messaging across platforms.
- Oversee content for app stores, SEO/SEM, and digital marketing channels.
- Support A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Analytics & KPI Ownership:
- Monitor metrics like CAC, retention, activation, engagement, and referrals.
- Analyze acquisition funnels and campaign performance.
- Share actionable reports and insights with leadership and stakeholders.
Budget Forecasting & ROI:
- Forecast marketing budgets across campaigns and channels.
- Optimize spend for efficiency and high return on investment.
- Recommend tools and platforms to streamline operations.
