EvolutionCo - Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead comprehensive project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery for multiple high-impact digital projects.

- Define, document, and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Collaborate closely with design, technology, strategy, and content teams to ensure seamless alignment with project objectives.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, effectively managing communications, expectations, and escalations to maintain strong relationships.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.

- Monitor project health using KPIs and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues to prevent delays or scope creep.

- Maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and change management records.

- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Requirements:

- Proven track record managing complex digital projects involving web/app development, UX/UI workflows, and CMS/CRM platforms.

- Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to handle diverse teams and client interactions confidently.

- PMP, Prince2, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable
