About the Role


We are seeking a motivated and articulate Communications Consultant to drive client engagement, support business development, and strengthen brand relationships through effective communication.


The ideal candidate will have a strong command of language, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to understand client needs while providing tailored solutions that contribute to the companys growth.


Key Responsibilities (KRA)


- Engage with potential and existing clients to present company services and value propositions effectively.


- Build strong client relationships by providing accurate information, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly.


- Identify new business opportunities by understanding client requirements and recommending appropriate solutions.


- Conduct follow-ups with clients to nurture relationships and ensure satisfaction with company offerings.


- Maintain detailed and updated client records in the CRM database.


- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative communication strategies and business outreach plans.


- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery.


- Support marketing and sales initiatives by contributing to campaign messaging and outreach content.


- Track communication metrics and report performance insights to management.


- Uphold brand voice and ensure all communication is clear, professional, and consistent across channels.


Required Skillsets


- Master's/Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


- Minimum 2 years of experience in client communication, business development, or account servicing.


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and persuasive tone.


- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.


- Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills.


- Logical and analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude.


- Ability to learn and articulate product or service details effectively.


- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong documentation habits.


- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer database management
