About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a focus on Payment Solutions and IoT (Internet of Things) to drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment ecosystems, IoT technologies, and the ability to translate customer and business needs into innovative product solutions. This role involves end-to-end product ownership, from ideation and development to launch and performance monitoring, in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for payment and IoT solutions.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify product opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, and marketing to deliver high-quality products.
- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and workflows.
- Drive the product lifecycle from ideation, design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Partner with technology teams to ensure integration with payment gateways, IoT devices, cloud platforms, and APIs.
- Analyze product performance, define KPIs, and recommend improvements to enhance product adoption and revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and security requirements for payment and IoT solutions.
- Act as a thought leader on emerging trends in payments, digital wallets, contactless technologies, and IoT applications.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in payments, fintech, or IoT domains.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems (cards, UPI, wallets, NFC, QR-based payments).
- Hands-on knowledge of IoT technologies, device connectivity, and IoT platforms.
- Experience with product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and working with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in payments and IoT security standards.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields; MBA preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital payments platforms, smart devices, or fintech solutions.
- Exposure to cloud-based IoT platforms, mobile app integrations, and API-driven products.
- Experience working in fast-growing startups or technology-driven organizations
