Chief Growth Officer


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Growth Leadership:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term growth strategy aligned with Evolute Group's vision and business objectives.

- Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential partnerships to accelerate growth.

- Lead the development of new business models, market entry strategies, and expansion plans.

- Collaborate with the CEO and other executive team members to ensure growth strategies are integrated across all functions.

Business Development & Sales Excellence:

- Oversee and optimize the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistent achievement of aggressive revenue targets.

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales and business development teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Establish and manage key strategic customer relationships, actively participating in high-value sales negotiations.

- Drive the adoption of best practices in sales methodologies, CRM usage, and sales forecasting.

Marketing & Brand Development:

- Lead the development and execution of robust marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, market presence, and thought leadership.

- Oversee digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and event participation to generate qualified leads and engage target audiences.

- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all customer touchpoints.

Product & Market Fit:

- Work closely with the Product and R&D teams to identify market needs, validate product-market fit, and influence product roadmap based on growth opportunities.

- Drive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and solution offerings.

Partnerships & Alliances:

- Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel programs that contribute significantly to growth.

- Manage existing partner relationships to maximize mutual benefit and expand market reach.

Market Intelligence & Analytics:

- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify growth levers and refine strategies.

- Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure growth initiatives, and make data-driven decisions.

Financial Acumen:

- Manage growth-related budgets effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment for all initiatives.

- Responsible for achieving revenue and profitability targets linked to growth strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA from a reputable institution is highly preferred.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in senior leadership roles encompassing strategic planning, sales, marketing, and business development, with a significant portion of this experience in the industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing technology, or enterprise software sectors.

- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding aggressive growth targets in complex, B2B technology environments.

- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful market entry and expansion strategies (both domestic and international).

- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage diverse teams.

- Strong understanding of digital transformation trends, Industry 4.0, and their application in industrial settings.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels, internally and externally.

- Highly analytical and data-driven with a strong business acumen.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

- Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with P&L responsibility for a significant business unit or region.

- Prior experience as a Chief Growth Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, VP of Sales & Marketing, or similar executive growth-oriented role.

- Network of contacts within the industrial automation ecosystem in India.
