- Responsible for handling BU's within the organization.


- Post on boarding to Exit.Good communication and interpersonal skills and from IT services/product based companies.


- Handling Employee grievances-One O one meetings to understand employee concerns


- Employee Retention-Rewards and recognition


- Performance Appraisal- Stakeholder management


- Monthly/Quarterly connects.. town hall meetings


- Coordinating Townhall meetings


- Exit Management

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced- Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP)- to support our growing organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing various Business Units (BUs) across the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to exit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the HR point of contact for assigned Business Units and act as a trusted advisor for all HR-related matters.

- Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for employees.

- Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.

- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to understand employee concerns and provide necessary support.

- Drive employee retention initiatives and collaborate with leadership to improve engagement and satisfaction.

- Lead and manage the Rewards and Recognition program to appreciate and motivate employees.

- Coordinate and support the performance appraisal process across BUs.

- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and business leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals.

- Plan and facilitate Monthly and Quarterly Connects, including Townhall meetings, to ensure transparent communication and employee engagement.

- Coordinate all aspects of Townhall meetings including agenda planning, logistics, and follow-up communication.

- Oversee smooth exit management processes including exit interviews, knowledge transfer, and documentation.

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees at all levels.

- Prior experience working in IT services or product-based companies is required.
