Technical Skills Mandatory:

- The Practice Lead who is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and growth of an organization's Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Architecture

- Develop end-to-end AI/ML solution architectures, including data ingestion, model development, and deployment.

- Define and document AI architecture blueprints, best practices, and standards.

- Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks, tools, and technologies for project requirements.

Practice Development

- Build and manage a team of AI specialists, data scientists, machine learning engineers, and other technical staff.

- Establish best practices, frameworks, and methodologies for AI project execution.

Project Oversight

- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure the adoption of cutting-edge AI tools and techniques.

Technical Leadership

- Provide technical guidance to development teams on AI/ML implementation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, and software developers, to deliver AI-driven solutions.

- Ensure that AI solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.

Innovation and Research

- Monitor emerging AI technologies, trends, and advancements to ensure the organization remains competitive.

- Promote the ethical use of AI and establish governance frameworks for responsible AI practices.

Technical Skills OptionalEducation:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

- Experience: 15+ years of experience in technology roles, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership positions.

- Technical Expertise:Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and LLM models.Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms such as Lang Chain, Agentic Frameworks.Familiarity with cloud-based AI solutions (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Azure AI).

- Hands on expertise in Prompt engineering, Prompt techniques like One Shot, Few Shot, ReAct..etc

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive complex projects.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence diverse stakeholders.
