IMPACT AT EVOCS
As Director, Finance you will be the key financial strategist and operational leader guiding EVOCS India's fiscal health and long-term growth. Your leadership will ensure financial discipline, operational efficiency, and enablement of business expansion aligned to evolving IT consulting market demands.
WHAT YOU WILL DO | JOB RESPONSABILITIES
In this role, you will:
- Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support executive decision-making and business planning.
- Oversee accounting, tax, audit, and regulatory compliance ensuring adherence to applicable standards and laws
- Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and funding strategies aligned with consulting projects, client billing cycles, and operational needs
- Deliver timely financial reporting and insightful presentations to the CEO, board, and stakeholders
- Drive financial risk management and implement robust controls to safeguard company assets and profitability
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to align financial goals with strategic business initiatives and client-centric solutions
- Lead and mentor the finance team to build a dynamic, high-performing organization embracing technology-driven financial processes
- Proven experience managing financial operations, reporting, and compliance for global entities including cross-border accounting, multi-jurisdictional tax, and regulatory adherence.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING | REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS | YOUR PROFILE
The top candidate will have the following skills:
- 10-15 years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably within IT consulting, technology services, or related sectors
- Proven expertise in corporate finance, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance in a service-oriented environment
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence executive decisions
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders including non-finance executives
- Experience with financial technology tools and digital transformation in finance functions is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. MBA, CA, CPA, CMA, or CFA qualifications are a plus
-Fluency in English (written and spoken) and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) - bilingual or near-native level
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - this is a client-facing role that involves frequent interaction via email, calls, and meetings
