Job role: Principal Supply Chain Consultant

Experience and Background:

- 15 - 20 years of experience across manufacturing, life sciences, or pharma ideally with exposure to all three.

- Deep understanding of supply chain operations demand forecasting, S&OP / S&OE, inventory management, batch management, DC network logic.

- Strong familiarity with SAP in a manufacturing or life sciences context S4HANA, SAP IBP, SAP APO, batch classification, or equivalent ERP platforms.

- Working knowledge of SAP data structures understands how supply chain rules, batch records, and planning data are stored and can work with technical teams on extraction and mapping.

- Regulatory awareness relevant to the industry GMP, FDA, EU MDR, or equivalent understands how compliance requirements connect to operational processes.

- Experience engaging directly with enterprise clients has led or participated in discovery, scoping, or requirements sessions with senior business and IT stakeholders.

- Consulting or advisory background strongly preferred at least 35 years working with external clients not just internal teams.
