Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research across web sources and geographies for pricing analysis and trend identification.
- Identify, collect, and synthesize information from diverse sources to generate meaningful insights.
- Interpret complex research requests and translate them into structured research projects.
- Develop PPT reports capturing study scope, methodologies, key findings, and data analysis.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify key market trends and provide recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry developments, risks, and client-specific business trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3 to 5 years of consultative research experience in:
- In-house research teams, or
- Captive/KPO firms, or
- Third-party/customized research agencies (preferably B2B experience).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver actionable insights.
- Ability to extract and interpret essential information from varied data sources.
- Strong business writing skills (recommendations, takeaways, executive summaries).
- Excellent communication skills with maturity to handle global clients and senior executives.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an inquisitive and creative mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
- Hands on Experience on MS SQL Server.
- Basic Knowledge of Computer Hardware
