Role Summary:

- We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Marketing & Branding Manager who will be responsible for building and executing marketing strategies, positioning the brand, driving demand generation, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

- The ideal candidate should have expertise in psychology-based marketing, storytelling, content creation, and full-funnel digital advertising.

- The role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), along with a strong grasp of content marketing and branding for an IT services business.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Demand Generation:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored for IT services, ensuring a strong digital presence.

- Design account-based marketing (ABM) and demand-generation campaigns targeting mid-size and enterprise clients.

- Build integrated marketing campaigns that align content, social media, SEO, and paid ads for optimal results.

Psychology-Based & Storytelling Marketing:

- Leverage psychology-driven marketing techniques to influence buyer decisions and enhance conversions.

- Develop compelling brand storytelling campaigns that humanize the company and differentiate it from competitors.

- Craft persona-based content strategies to address the needs of C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and developers.

Branding & Positioning:

- Define and execute a brand positioning strategy that ensures a consistent and impactful market presence.

- Strengthen the company's employer branding to attract top talent and establish thought leadership.

- Oversee the creation of high-quality visual & video content including EGC to engage audiences and increase brand recall.

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing:

- Strategically allocate and manage a $100,000+ ad budget across multiple channels.

- Optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies for lead generation and conversion growth.

- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and ROI.

Google, LinkedIn, & Instagram Advertising:

- Plan and execute high-converting Google Ads campaigns with a focus on cost-effective and relevant keyword selection.

- Optimize LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation, including sponsored content, InMail, and retargeting strategies.

- Manage Instagram & Meta Ads to improve engagement, visibility, and brand reach.

Content & Social Media Strategy:

- Develop and manage a content calendar with engaging blogs, case studies, videos, and infographics.

- Utilize SEO and content marketing to improve organic reach and inbound lead generation.

- Create video marketing strategies that resonate with IT and tech decision-makers.

Marketing Automation & CRM Integration:

- Implement and manage AI & marketing automation tools for lead nurturing and customer engagement.

- Integrate marketing campaigns with CRM systems to track and analyze customer interactions.

Data Analytics & Performance Optimization:

- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, & reduce cost-per-lead (CPL).

- Generate detailed reports and dashboards to measure KPIs, ROI, and campaign success metrics.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, and digital advertising, preferably in an IT services or B2B environment.

- Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram/Facebook Ads, and remarketing strategies.

- Strong strategic thinking with a deep understanding of buyer psychology and digital behavior.

- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc) and CRM integration.

- Excellent storytelling and content creation skills.

- Ability to craft high-converting landing pages and ad creatives.

- Hands-on experience with SEO, website analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

- Strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

- Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and B2B demand generation strategies.

- Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

- Experience in growth hacking strategies for fast-paced environments.

- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools, social media algorithm and automation.

- Background in psychology-based marketing or neuromarketing.

- Proven track record of scaling brands and driving revenue growth.
