About the Role:
Evince Development Pvt. Ltd. (EvinceDev), a CMMI Level 3 IT services and solutions provider, is seeking an experienced and highly creative Digital Marketing Manager to drive our digital strategy, strengthen brand presence, and accelerate qualified lead generation.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end digital marketing execution, analytics-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration ensuring marketing initiatives elevate the companys visibility and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support business growth.
- Optimize the companys website for performance, traffic growth, and conversion rate improvement.
- Manage the monthly marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI across all digital channels.
- Create and execute a lead generation roadmap while prioritizing high-impact marketing channels.
- Build EvinceDevs brand positioning through strategic content, campaigns, and digital assets.
- Leverage AI and marketing automation tools to improve campaign efficiency, lead scoring, and targeting.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Drive SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and other digital initiatives with proven expertise.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product, sales, and leadership teams.
- Mentor and guide the marketing team to achieve departmental goals effectively.
Must-Have Skills:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and present insights to stakeholders.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation abilities across multiple digital platforms.
- Deep understanding of customer behavior, audience segmentation, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Proven team management abilities with strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to conduct research and stay updated with evolving marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to spot data-driven patterns and insights.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to take on challenges.
Primary Skills:
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing tools, automation platforms, and industry best practices.
- Creativity combined with strong analytical thinking to conceptualize innovative campaigns.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content strategy, and performance marketing.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Confident communication and strong decision-making skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and active listening.
- Ability to generate innovative ideas to strengthen the companys digital presence and improve customer engagement.
- Calm and composed attitude under pressure.
- Experience working with cross-functional tech teams or IT service companies.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles for marketing performance optimization is a plus
