Everymedia - Social Media Marketing Lead

Experience required: 8+ years with digital agencies/production house.

Looking for candidates with excellent written and verbal communication skills and who have experience working on pitch decks and client servicing.

Notice period: Not more than 30 days.

Job location: Andheri West (Work from office is mandatory).

Responsibilities:

- Leading and driving end-to-end social media for the client's assigned.

- Designing and implementing social media strategy in line with the client brief.

- Provide strategic counsel to clients and resolve major concerns in order to achieve outstanding results with a long-term perspective.

- Stay updated on social media channels, trends, and analytics tools and make recommendations to strengthen existing capabilities.

- Manage and motivate teams to deliver superior client service and creative groundbreaking plans and concepts by ensuring they are equipped with the right resources, tools, and training.

- Coach, mentor, and delegate responsibilities to the team; support team members and managers who want to expand their roles and responsibilities.

- Create an inclusive and welcoming environment that engages all individuals without bias and demonstrates flexibility in a changing work environment.

- Serve as a role model to the team, embodying the values of the company.
