We are seeking an experienced and creative Lead - Digital Strategy to spearhead digital initiatives and lead client relationships across key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital landscape, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage high-performing teams while delivering innovative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Strategy & Relationship Management:
- Act as the strategic lead for assigned clients across digital platforms
- Build and nurture client relationships by offering proactive strategic direction
- Understand client goals and translate them into actionable digital strategies
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Lead the ideation, planning, and implementation of social media and digital campaigns
- Ensure that campaigns align with brand objectives and deliver measurable ROI
- Collaborate with creative, content, media, and performance teams for seamless execution
Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage and mentor a team of strategists and social media managers
- Oversee the development of campaign proposals, content calendars, and performance reports
- Encourage innovation, learning, and a collaborative team environment
Market & Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and platform innovations
- Leverage data and insights to refine strategies and deliver performance improvements
Pitch & New Business Development:
- Lead strategic input and storytelling for new business pitches
- Collaborate with business development teams to acquire and onboard new clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, preferably in an agency or media house
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills
- Proven experience in leading teams and delivering client success
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
