Everymedia - Client Partner - Digital Strategy

POSITION TITLE: Client Partner.

LOCATION: Andheri West, Mumbai (work from office).

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 6-7 years of relevant work ex.

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE: Manage end to end social media management and service to the client.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee a significant portfolio of clients and demonstrate the ability to profitably grow clients and build long term relationships.

- Leading and driving end-to-end social media for the clients assigned.

- Designing and implementing social media strategy in line with the client brief.

- Team management and account functioning.

- Impart team training.

- Identify gaps to develop and introduce new services that can help solve client problems and grow overall business.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:

Essential:

- Worked for entertainment clients.

- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

- Flexible to work on weekends.
