Job Title: Business Analyst.

Job Location: HO, Chennai.

Job Division: Business Excellence.

Reports to: Chief Transformational Officer.

Description:

- To lead the strategic planning exercise with 3-5 year plans and business objectives.

- To support and ensure regular MIS from Finance, Procurement, HR, QEHS, Legal, etc.

- To lead the review cadence and ensure follow-up actions.

- To analyse management reports and come up with key risks and trends.

- To engage with external stakeholders like consultants, coaches, etc.

Requirements:.

- Currently a part of Business Excellence function of a large organization.

- Well versed in renewable energy industry with specific experience in managing Solar & Wind portfolio.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience.

- Masters Degree in a relevant field.
