Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct deep fundamental research on Indian listed companies - across sectors and market caps.

- Build detailed financial and valuation models to assess business quality, competitive positioning, and intrinsic value.

- Track portfolio companies, monitor key industry trends, and assist in preparing investment memos and presentations.

- Participate in idea discussions, portfolio reviews, and meetings with company managements.

- Over time, develop the ability to independently originate and recommend investment ideas backed by rigorous analysis.

What Were Looking For:

1. Passion for Investing (0 - 5 years of experience):

- A genuine interest in understanding businesses, markets, and compounding returns. Prior research on Indian equities - even for your own or family portfolio - is highly valued. Formal experience (upto ~5 years) at investment firms, equity research, or investment banking is a plus, but not mandatory.

2. Strong Analytical & Functional Skills:

- Comfort with Excel and financial modelling. Working knowledge of accounting and ability to interpret financial statements. You should be able to connect numbers with narratives - understanding how business drivers translate into financial outcomes.

3. Drive & Ownership:

- Were looking for candidates who take initiative, think independently, and are willing to go the extra mile. You should be self-motivated and comfortable working in a small, high-intensity team environment.

4. Personality Fit:
