Description:
- In this senior role, you will work closely with the Executive and Management teams to build and maintain best-in-class HR and recruitment processes.
- You will champion a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and excellence, ensuring strong connections across distributed teams and fostering an environment where all staff have the psychological safety, tools, training, and resources required to deliver high-quality work.
- This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our employer brand and scaling our workforce efficiently and sustainably.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strong background in engineering and technical hiring, including high-volume, project-based, or campaign-based recruitment.
- Deep expertise in sourcing strategies for various platform.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
- Highly proactive and self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and recruitment best practices.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and the ability to quickly learn new recruiting tools.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite or similar platforms.
Necessary Requirement:
- MBA in Human Resource Management strongly preferred, a degree in Engineering is an added advantage.
- Excellent written & verbal communication and time management skills.
