Role Overview :

We are looking for a high-impact Practice Director to join our Retail & CPG (RCPG) Tech team. This team works at the intersection of industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform ecosystems, advising enterprises and product providers on the evolution of their technology stack.

You will play a key role in shaping perspectives on areas such as :

- Revenue Growth Management & Pricing

- Unified & Composable Commerce

- Supply Chain Innovation & Last-mile Delivery

- Conversational Intelligence & Agentic Commerce

- Platform transformation across Retail & CPG

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and drive cutting-edge research themes aligned with market and client needs

- Deliver high-quality research reports and advisory insights

- Lead custom consulting engagements in RCPG technology/platform space

- Interface with senior industry leaders and CXOs to shape strategic decisions

- Contribute to business development and proposal creation

- Build strong client relationships and represent Everest Group in external conversations

What We're Looking For :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

- Excellent communication & storytelling skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects independently under tight timelines

- Curiosity to build deep domain expertise in RCPG tech landscape

- Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, non-hierarchical environment

Preferred Background :

6 to 9 years of experience in one or more of the following :

- Consulting in retail/CPG technology platforms

- Product/platform implementation (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, o9, BY, etc.)

- Product management or client success roles

Hands-on exposure to :

- Supply Chain / ERP / Commercial Planning

- Revenue Growth Management, TPM/TPO

- Unified Commerce, CRM, Analytics platforms

- Experience delivering global transformation programs

- MBA from Tier-1 B-school preferred
