Looking for Event Specialist - Supervisor, Events & Promotions - India

Location : Bangalore (JP Nagar) - WFO

Travelling compulsory for Events

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

- To plan and manage process related to event planning, scheduling and delivery.

- Conceptualization, creating innovative ideas and experience for event participants.

- Engage and co-ordinate with both internal and external stakeholders along the way to ensure effective communication & execution to create positive event experience.

- Ensure support from planning to execution of event, not limited to conceptualization but also execution as end delivery at the event including backstage, console management in co-ordination with T&E, Recognition Teams.

- Work closely with cross functional teams such as Registration team, Creative services, GSS, admin, supply chain etc for event branding, collateral development, material movement such as giveaway, registration, Branding, Expo etc .

- Core team player of the national events team responsible for, including but not limited to create concept, calendar and timelines, budgeting, logistics, vendor management, F&B, Travel, and other related processes.

- Coordinate comprehensive event & meeting schedules, communications, digital experience, event logistics, onsite setup, hotel accommodations, meeting and staffing schedules.

- speakers & Executives movement co-ordination and management with Liaisons, speaker fees and commercials management and vendor co-ordination, commercial co-ordination as per the budget requirements.

- Support in applying PR for events, budget tracking for the respective areas, post event commercial closures and approvals, efficiency and productivity tracking in terms of registration process, tech implementation & evaluation where necessary.
