Events Manager - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Role Overview:

This is a hands-on, execution-driven role managing offline and hybrid cybersecurity events such as CISO roundtables, leadership dinners, workshops, and partner meetups.

The ideal candidate has run CISO-focused events independently, can confidently speak with senior decision-makers, and has strong operational instincts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own complete planning and execution of CISO roundtables, leadership dinners, workshops, and regional meetups.

- Manage venue selection, hotel quotations, vendor negotiation, branding, production, and end-to-end logistics.

- Oversee speaker coordination, travel arrangements, schedules, and onsite experience.

- Personally call and engage CISOs, CIOs, and security leaders to drive event attendance and participation.

- Handle invitation calls, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups across phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email.

- Build strong rapport with senior security stakeholders and ensure high-quality engagement.

- Manage the complete attendee lifecycle: target list creation - invitations - registration - check-ins - post-event follow-ups.

- Deliver a world-class onsite experience, ensuring seamless coordination, hospitality, and engagement.

- Capture attendee insights and feedback to continuously refine event strategy.

- Evaluate sponsorship opportunities across cybersecurity ecosystems and leadership communities.

- Collect vendor quotes, negotiate deliverables, ensure execution quality, and manage end-to-end commitments.

- Track sponsorship ROI and ensure compliance with branding and partnership guidelines.

- Work closely with Sales, Leadership, and Marketing teams to ensure events contribute directly to the pipeline and brand visibility.

- Partner with the Growth, Content, and Digital teams to amplify event reach through multichannel campaigns.

- Coordinate seamlessly with partners for joint events, co-branded experiences, and regional initiatives.

- Prepare detailed pre- and post-event reports covering attendance, conversions, engagement, and pipeline impact.

- Maintain dashboards for event metrics, audience quality, seniority mix, and follow-up outcomes.

- Track event ROI, cost efficiency, and improvements in targeting and audience acquisition.

Qualification & Experience: 4+ Years Experience

Education: MBA or equivalent from a Tier-1 institutions
