EventGraphia is revolutionizing the $20 billion wedding & events industry using our tech-enabled optimizations. As we scale rapidly across cities, we are looking for an Operations Strategist who can build strong processes, forecast client demand, and ensure that our photographer and cinematographer supply is ready well in advance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, document and implement scalable SOPs for all operational workflows including booking assignments, team allocation, data management and delivery timelines
- Analyse inbound inquiry patterns to create accurate client demand forecasts for photography and cinematography
- Based on demand forecasts, plan and secure supply capacity by onboarding, scheduling and training photographers and cinematographers
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements
- Ensure real time coordination between sales, operations and editing teams
- Build dashboards to monitor efficiency, demand patterns, capacity utilisation and supply readiness
- Collaborate with leadership to set operational KPIs and scale processes across cities
- Train internal teams on new processes and ensure adoption
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an operations heavy and fast paced startup environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving mindset
- Proven experience in building SOPs and improving workflows
- Ability to work with data to forecast demand and plan supply capacity
- Comfortable managing multiple teams and high volume processes
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets and basic dashboards
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Good to Have:
- Experience in marketplace startups or services businesses
- Understanding of photography operations
