Job Title: Event Manager & Offline Marketing Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to lead our offline marketing initiatives and event strategy. The role involves conceptualizing, planning, and executing impactful events, brand activations, and offline campaigns to build awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management:
- Plan, organize, and execute brand events, trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including budgeting, vendor coordination, venue selection, design, and on-ground execution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, product, PR) to align event objectives with business goals.
- Track post-event performance metrics and prepare detailed ROI reports.
Offline Marketing & Brand Activation:
- Develop and execute offline marketing campaigns including outdoor, print, radio, and BTL activations.
- Identify and leverage local marketing opportunities (retail tie-ups, sponsorships, pop-ups).
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, and partners for creative execution and media buying.
- Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all offline touchpoints.
Budget & Performance Management:
- Own and manage the offline marketing budget effectively.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness, footfall, and conversion metrics to drive optimization.
Team & Vendor Management:
- Manage external agencies, event partners, and production vendors.
- Supervise internal teams for smooth coordination and execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in event management and offline marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Proven ability to handle large-scale events and multi-city campaigns.
- Strong negotiation, budgeting, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with agencies, retail brands, or startups with offline presence.
- Exposure to ATL & BTL marketing, brand activations, and experiential campaigns.
- Familiarity with regional market dynamics and on-ground consumer engagement.
