Senior Analyst

Location: Koramangala 1st Block, Bangalore Office Timings: Monday to Friday(9.30-6PM) Roles & Responsibilties: He/she will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events like birthdays, weddings, house warming , corporates exhibitions & stalls etc Vendor Coordination: work with various vendors, such as caterers, decorators, audio-visual teams, and transportation services. - Client Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with clients/ customers, updating them on progress and addressing any concerns. Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure everyone is aligned with the event objectives. - Theme Development: Contribute to the creative aspect of the event, suggesting themes, decorations, and other innovative elements. - Problem Solving: Anticipate and address potential issues, finding creative solutions to challenges that may arise during the planning or execution phases. - Event Day Oversight: Be present on-site to supervise the setup, manage the schedule, and ensure all elements run smoothly. - Problem Resolution: Handle any unforeseen issues or emergencies that may occur during the event. Coordination with Team: Direct the event team, vendors, and other staff to execute their assigned tasks effectively. - Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients, attendees, and team members to assess the success of the event. - Documentation: Document the event's successes, challenges, and any lessons learned for future reference.
