Event Director - Corporate Engagement

About the Role:

Are you someone who loves events, networking, corporate relationships, and engaging with senior leaders?

We are looking for an energetic and driven Event Director to take complete ownership of HR and leadership-focused events - from concept to execution.

This is more than traditional event management. You will build relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, CXOs, Founders, and business leaders, drive participation, manage partnerships, and create memorable corporate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own events end-to-end - ideation, planning, execution & post-event follow-up

- Develop event concepts, themes, formats and engagement strategies

- Coordinate with speakers, CXOs, HR leaders, vendors and internal stakeholders

- Manage venues, vendors, invitations, registrations and on-ground execution

- Conduct corporate outreach through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and networking

- Build relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, Founders, CEOs and senior decision-makers

- Invite corporate leaders as attendees, speakers, panelists and partners

- Build and grow a strong HR & business leadership community

- Track registrations, attendance, engagement and conversions

- Collect feedback and continuously improve future events

What We're Looking For:

- 2+ years of experience in Event Management, Corporate Events, Business Development, Inside Sales or Community Building

- Strong corporate outreach and cold-calling experience

- Excellent verbal & written communication

- Confidence in engaging with senior professionals

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills

- Excellent planning, coordination and organizational abilities

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to travel for events and corporate meetings
